Have the same problem. The card is not functioning. When inserted I don't get the two bieps that shows Vista sees the card and should start the driver installation. My friend bought the same laptop and I borrowed his TV Tuner card. Put it in my laptop and it worked from the first time. I got the two bieps and Vista installed the driver. Windows media center sees the card and I could see TV programs.

Conclusion: the tv tuner card that came with my PC is bad. Will call to Medion tech support after this weekend to get another one. Have the same problem. The card is not functioning. I have also this problem. But sometimes it works and windows vista will find it properly and i can watch tv programs via Media Center. But after a few minutes the card will be 'removed' and the Media Center will quit. But the card is allready in the slot. After a few try's of pluggin' in and out it will work again but only for a few minutes. I'm affraid they can't solve it, because i sent an Email to Medion support a couple days before and i got no answerd til today!

I have a KWORLD PLUS TV HYBRID PCI (DVB-T 210SE) TV card which I used on my previous PC running Windows XP. I have bought a new PC running Windows Vista and have installed the TV card.
