Tried this before around a month after the game came out as I had no hope of a western release, but everyone was dead set that it was going to be localized at least for the Vita. Looks like that isn't going to happen, so I'm going to try this again. I know very little programming but can definitely help with actual translations.

It's easy enough to do, I've made a full menu patch for Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave without any prior editing experience, it's just a matter of learning how to do stuff yourself without relying on tools made by others.
