We purchased a product key via Microsoft online (on another PC than the one in question) for Office Home and Business 2013. Obviously if I select Activate Online it brings up a browser that goes nowhere because the PC cannot be connected. If I select Cancel it closed Office and I am back to square one.

I thought normally there would be a second option of calling the Microsoft Activation hotline, but that requires the Activation Wizard to be on the screen, again that option doesn't appear. I tried calling 1-800-MICROSOFT and was transferred yet again to the MS Activation hotline. How can I activate my Office 2013 WITHOUT being online?
