All the CS6 apps seem to run fine on my Macbook Pro running OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) EXCEPT Illustrator. When I launch it, I get an error saying it needs the Java version 6 legacy SE. I tried uninstalling ALL the CS6 apps, running the Adobe 'Cleanup tool' and reinstalling, but I got the same error again.

I am reluctant about installing this Java SE it is asking for because I don't know what may be affected by that. Not sure what to do at this point. Hoping someone else provides some insight and advice!
