Servis Centar is an integral part of every Lepeza Package and it is not necessary to arrange it separately. The scope of services offered by Servis Centar depend on the type of Lepeza Package you arranged. Servis centar services (Small, Medium and Large) are available for all users who have arranged them by 31 January 2017 with one of the Platni Asistent services. Free transactions in HRK are payments for which no fee is charged, and refer to payments in HRK to business entities in the Bank and payments in HRK to accounts outside the Bank.

Free transactions in HRK include only payments to accounts in the Republic of Croatia from the accounts included in the Praktičan Platni Asistent Service that are conducted via optional channels included in the Praktičan Platni Asistent Service. For channels arranged by the client that are not included in the Lepeza Package / Platni Asistent, the client cannot use the benefit of free transactions in HRK.
